Lina Santos - Life in full color
In Sanskrit the word Mandala means CIRCLE and, although it is an Hindu tradition, the its use wasn’t restricted to this people. Numerous cultures have used this circular shape with symmetrical and ornamental structures as an integration tool since it has great creative potential.
Each Mandala has its own particular meaning, and will always portray something specific to the life of its creator or simply colors it. Representing aspects of your own life, your gifts, struggles, traumas, goals, paths to follow, among others.
The workshop promotes a meeting with ourselves through the development of one of the oldest arts, as well as relaxing the mind, reducing stress and increasing creativity. And the best part is that you do not need drawing skills. Only open mind and heart.
Participants should bring: filter colors, compass, protractor, ruler, an A4 cover (to save work), pencil, eraser.
