We all have access to an inner knowing or intuition. We all possess a body that longs to express itself.
What is your body longing to express intuitively through movement and dance?
This workshop facilitates this exploration and assists participants get in touch with their inner voice and the creative force within.
Sarah will lead a series of warm up exercises, and guided dancing experiences intended to inspire participants to express whatever needs to be expressed and released.
Anyone, at any level, with an open mind, who wants to have fun, move their body, release tensions, dance, feel alive, boost serotonin levels, or try something new and therapeutic is welcome.
